Exchange and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Although we expect all of our customers to be satisfied, we understand that things happen. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

We accept returns for products purchased  directly from Kashnic Cosmetics only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from Kashnic Cosmetics  Online must be returned in new  conditions and within 30 days from date of purchase. 

Upon inspection of return, Kashnic will provide an exchange for a product of the same value, or a store credit refund.
